Message type (Online access)

This menu Item is used by Loan Performer users to write a range of commonly asked online information which the clients can pick select online to make an inquiry e.g. "Opening a savings account".

How to create online message type

To create online message types go to Support files/Message types (Online access) and a screen like one below appears:

• Type the range of commonly asked /requested online information e.g. "Opening a savings account" and click on the Add button.
• This messages will appear in the message type field of the Customer web portal/Online access messages available for clients use as seen below:

• Type: From the drop down, select the system configured message type that you want to use to communicate with the institution e.g. message type "Opening a savings account"
• Message: Type your message on the message field in relation to the message type you selected e.g. "Please send me a brief on this" and click on the edit button to send your message.
• Reply: A reply to this particular message will appear in the Reply field as seen below e.g. "Please get in touch with Joseph he is right there with all the information".
